Road test and AlohaQ appointment services will be offered on certain Saturdays in 2024 at the following locations. AlohaQ appointments open by 4:30 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the date on the table:

Cash, Credit or Debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo, or Check drawn on U.S. funds made payable to City and County of Honolulu are accepted at all Satellite City Halls and Driver Licensing Centers except Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Vehicle Registration Office.
*Please Note: A service fee of 2.35% of the total credit/debit card payment will be assessed.
